LunaBaby I'm on my second one of these. It is great for curly hair. All other blow dryers w/diffusers are alright, but this takes the cake. Yes, it's pricy, but if you want good hair days, it's worth it. The diffuser part is kind of like a hand or claw. It cradles your hair, kind of like a hand. I just love it and once mine dies, I will be buying another one.
